Information on the option to publish post-conference articles

The option to submit a scientific article to the journal “Edukacja Elementarna w Teorii i Praktyce” for Premium package participants.

This is a courtesy English translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

Dear Participants,

We would like to inform you that conference participants who purchase the Premium package will have the opportunity to submit a scientific article to the journal “Edukacja Elementarna w Teorii i Praktyce” (Elementary Education in Theory and Practice), published on the journals platform of the Ignatianum University in Krakow.

The journal is included on the ministerial list of scored journals. According to the information published on the journal's website, its score for 2024 is 70 ministerial points.

  • Journal website: https://czasopisma.ignatianum.edu.pl/eetp
  • Detailed rules for preparing and submitting texts: https://czasopisma.ignatianum.edu.pl/eetp/about/submissions

The volume editors will be prof. UAM dr hab. Beata Jachimczak and dr Sylwia Wrona.

The planned issue will be prepared entirely in English, therefore the condition for submitting a text is preparing the article in English and sending it by 30 November 2026.

Publication of an article will be possible after meeting the journal's editorial requirements and obtaining positive reviews. Submitting a text does not in itself mean it has been accepted for print — the final decision on publication rests with the journal's editorial board.

The journal's editorial rules

In accordance with the journal's editorial rules:

  • the article must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal or publisher;
  • the article file should be prepared in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word or RTF format;
  • the text submitted for review must not contain the author's details, in accordance with the double-blind review principle;
  • the length of the text should not exceed 30,000 characters including the bibliography;
  • the text should be prepared in Times New Roman 12, with 1.5 line spacing;
  • the text and bibliography should be prepared in accordance with the journal's editorial requirements, including the APA 7 standard;
  • the article should include an abstract in English of 150 to 200 words;
  • keywords in English must be attached to the article — a minimum of 5;
  • the author should hold and provide an ORCID number;
  • a separate file should contain the title page, including, among others, the article title, the author's or authors' details, affiliation, the corresponding author's email address, ORCID number, a statement on the absence of a conflict of interest, sources of funding and — in the case of multi-author texts — the percentage contribution of the authors;
  • authors are required to submit a declaration regarding any use of artificial intelligence tools.

Review procedure and publication conditions

Submitted articles will undergo an initial editorial assessment and a scientific review procedure. The journal applies the double-blind review principle, which means that texts are passed to reviewers without the author's personal details, and the authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.

The condition for publication is obtaining positive reviews and acceptance of the text by the Editorial Committee.

Those interested in publication are asked to prepare their articles in accordance with the editorial requirements of the journal “Edukacja Elementarna w Teorii i Praktyce” and to send the text in English by 30 November 2026.
