Program

A two-track study visit.

Participants choose one observation track and then join a shared discussion on the RBM work model in preschool education and early development support.

Słoneczna Kraina Therapeutic Kindergarten in Cieszyn - observation of a full RBM activity cycle

Participants will observe children's everyday activities from behind a one-way mirror, without interfering with the natural flow of activities, group relationships or the child's learning environment.

The observation will show practical solutions used in everyday work: incidental teaching, small-group and subgroup organization, strategies that support active participation, engagement monitoring, social relationship building, independence and communication in daily routines, and planning based on the child's actual functioning.

An important element will be team organization based on shared area responsibility, characteristic of the RBM approach. Participants will see how therapeutic support is embedded in play, meals, transitions, social contact and daily routines.

Słoneczna Kraina Therapeutic Kindergarten in Jaworzynka - observation and exchange of experience

Participants will observe activities and meetings with the specialist team, and ask questions about organizing child and family support in a routine-based, interdisciplinary and practical therapeutic model.

The kindergarten emphasizes child independence, active engagement during free play and cooperation with parents, beginning with the Routines-Based Interview (RBI).

Suggested areas for questions and discussion - for both study visit tracks

The areas apply to both the Cieszyn observation and the Jaworzynka meeting. Participants can relate them to solutions presented in both settings.
